Adoption Books Available Free!

Did you know Utah’s Adoption Exchange has a library full of books about adoption that they will send you for FREE?!? It’s true–they have a great collection of books on various topics. Here’s how it works:

  • Get online at https://www.utdcfsadopt.org/cgi-bin/adopt/library/main.cgi
  • Request books
  • The Adoption Exchange sends you the books, and you get to keep them for up to 6 weeks
  • When you’re done (or they are due), just put them in the postage paid envelopes, and drop

Babies Available for Adoption

Your homestudy is ready, you’ve chosen an agency, and now it’s time to wait. . . and wait. . . and wait. It can be hard to keep your hopes up–it seems there are hundreds of families for every available child. Yet, if you know where to look, there are babies available for adoption. Here are some sources I like to check. You never know when a situation will work out for you!

Disclaimer: My understanding is that adoption facilitators/referral services are not legal in Utah. Please work with an agency and/or attorney to be sure that you do not jeopardize your adoption by doing something illegal.
